Abuse and Termination
Swap and Commission Free accounts are to be used in good faith and , clients may not use these accounts to make profits from swaps or, not paying swaps and commissions. Client should also note that they may not request the payment of any swap amounts that have been lost as a result of electing to open a Swap Free account rather than a standard Account.
We reserve the right to revoke the Swap and Commission Free accounts at any time, at its discretion. If We detects that an account is being abused by taking advantage of not paying swaps, in the form of, but not limited fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage, rebate making, carry trades, or other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity with the usage of a Swap Free account than we reserve the right to take immediate action in the form of.
- Revoking swap/commission-free status to all and all trading accounts that are under suspicion of exploitation.
- Correction and recovery of accrued Swaps/Commissions and related accrued Financing Costs pertaining to and all of the client’s trading accounts for the period which the accounts held swap-free status.
- Termination of the client relationship and closing of the client’s account(s)
- Nullifying all trades carried out on the client’s trading accounts and, calcelling any profits earned or losses incurred on such client’s trading accounts.
We advise that we reserve the right to cancel the Swap Free privilege granted to any live account at any time without being obliged to provide any explanation or justification. .
